Shipping Guidelines

Bootleg Studio posts all items with Australia Post, unless specifically otherwise mentioned. Once we have dispatched your order you will receive an email with tracking information. Some items may require a signature on delivery – this will be noted in the shipping confirmation email.

Orders are packed within 1-4 business days of purchase. Most orders are delivered within 4-10 business days of purchase. This time can vary, especially for rural and remote addresses.

Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase from Bootleg Studio. If however, something is not quite right, you are able to return eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund.

Email us directly to inform us of any returns prior to postage. Returns postage address is 8/5 Kolora Rd, Heidelberg West VIC 3081

All postage associated with return of items is at customer expense.
